Who runs Valfiguer.

Nicolás «Nick» Valfiguer (Mendoza, Argentina · 1995) starts from one stubborn conviction: world-class technology shouldn’t be a privilege for the few — it should be within everyone’s reach. That obsession is why he founded Valfiguer, the company from which he builds real product —Kodiak Base, Projekt Republic and Mentora— to a single standard of quality.

His method was forged in the trenches. In the technical call center at Jazzplat (Guadalajara), inside Orange’s platforms, he watched agents fight every case against slow tools and set out to fix it. So he built Prometheus: software to simplify and speed up the technical work of phone agents. What began as a shortcut became a system that ended up leading a team of 10 and running across more than 6 call-center platforms. That work earned him the SiempreMás award in its eighth edition, recognizing him as one of the best employees across Orange’s platforms.

Today, as a Senior Project Manager at Capgemini, he holds the same thesis he always has: build systems that scale, sweat every detail as if it were the only one that mattered, and never settle for «good enough». He thinks in decades, not quarters.

Beyond the code, Nick is a tech communicator and writes Valfiguer Notes, his weekly newsletter on technology and product. He lives with ADHD and talks about it openly: he treats it not as a footnote but as part of how he thinks. That's why he devotes part of his public voice to ADHD awareness — normalising it, breaking down stigma and proving you can build a demanding career with a brain that works differently.
