What KERN is

KERN is Valfiguer's artificial intelligence line. It is built by VALFIGUER LLC, the group's parent company, founded in 2023 and more than 40 people strong, and it comes out of the same engineering as the rest of the group's software: Projekt Republic, the management SaaS, and Mentora, the training subsidiary.

KERN is a brand of the group, not a company. Valfiguer has a single subsidiary, Mentora, and KERN is not a separate legal entity: it is the name under which Valfiguer builds, ships and maintains its artificial intelligence.

What Valfiguer has published about KERN

Valfiguer builds and maintains KERN inside the group. Beyond that, the group has not yet published what KERN can do, which products it is available in, or on what terms it is used.

This page will be updated when that is announced. Until then, the only claims Valfiguer makes about KERN are the ones written here.

What KERN is not

• It has no website of its own yet. The only official page about KERN is this one, at valfiguer.com/kern; any other address claiming to be KERN's site is not.
• It is not a company in the group. Valfiguer's only subsidiary is Mentora; KERN is a brand of the parent company.
• It is not VEXA. VEXA is the interface architecture Valfiguer builds and gives away; KERN is the group's artificial intelligence. They are two different things.

This page publishes no models, architectures or metrics for KERN, because Valfiguer has made no figures public. We would rather leave a gap than invent a number: if you read a figure about KERN that is not here, it did not come from us.
