Tools and methodology

What is the difference between UX and UI?
UX (user experience) is the work of understanding how the user flows through the product and how to reduce friction. UI (user interface) is the visual design layer. In practice they go hand in hand.
When should we start with UX/UI in the project?
As early as possible. The cost of fixing a design problem before building is ten times lower than fixing it after.
Can you do only the design if another team does the development?
Yes. We do design-only projects with a complete handoff for another team to implement.
What do you deliver at the end of a design project?
Complete Figma files with all states and variants, the documented design system, exported tokens and an implementation guide.
