3XA becomes Valfiguer: one company, one direction
On 1 October 2026, 3XA is folded entirely into Valfiguer LLC. From that date, Valfiguer centralises all of our technology, creative and digital product work.
3XA started as a design studio and, over time, widened into software development, engineering and platform building. That evolution also made our brand structure steadily more complex. So we decided to simplify it.
The capabilities known until now as 3XA Design, 3XA Engineering and 3XA Academy become part of Valfiguer directly.
One technology company
Valfiguer is the parent technology company from which we design, build and grow digital products and businesses. Its work is organised around four capabilities:
- Digital product strategy and creation.
- Design, identity and user experience.
- Engineering and software development.
- Training and knowledge transfer.
This change does not mean abandoning what we built with 3XA. Quite the opposite: it brings all of that experience together under a brand that is sturdier, clearer and readier to grow.
Our products and companies
Projekt Republic and Kodiak Base are products of VALFIGUER LLC: two technology ventures with their own identity and their own goals, built and run by the same company.
Both were designed and built in house by our team. They are how we understand technology: useful, scalable solutions conceived from the outset as products able to evolve.
Both keep growing under their own brand, while Valfiguer supplies the strategy, design, engineering and technical infrastructure that growth needs.
We keep working with clients
Valfiguer is not limited to its own products. It also keeps working with outside companies that need to turn an idea into a platform, improve an existing product or build a coherent digital identity.
Existing projects, agreements and services continue unchanged. This change affects our identity and our organisation, not the commitments we made to our clients.
Fewer brands, a clearer direction
Until now, part of our work was presented under 3XA while our products and companies sat with Valfiguer. The new structure removes that split and lets us say who we are far more plainly:
Valfiguer is a technology company that creates, develops and grows digital products and businesses.
Projekt Republic and Kodiak Base are part of its ecosystem. Design, engineering and strategy services are delivered by Valfiguer itself. All the knowledge, experience and technology built during the 3XA years stays inside the company.
Build, operate, grow
This reorganisation lets us concentrate our resources, strengthen our technical reputation and build a clearer relationship between the company, its products and its clients.
It is not merely a change of name. It is a move towards a structure that is simpler, more ambitious and readier for what comes next.
3XA has been a fundamental part of our journey. Valfiguer is the next step. One company. One direction. A new chapter.
