Milton Figueroa spent more than seven years at Orange and saw the system from the inside: he started in Level 2 technical support, where he learned how the databases and operations of the projects really work, and moved from there into data analysis, database architecture and Node.js backend.
He designed the Oracle architecture of three production systems —customers, incidents and chat— for 15,000+ users and up to 1,200 concurrent sessions, ran ETL pipelines with about 10 GB of daily updates, automated 50+ recurring processes and took 15+ critical queries from minutes to seconds. In his final year he led the development team.
Since January 2026 he has worked with Valfiguer on database design and administration and AI-assisted development, and is completing the Master’s in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Evolve. Today he is VP Data Analyst.
